Yes. SkinPen is FDA-cleared to improve the appearance of facial acne scars in adults with all Fitzpatrick skin types, and to improve the appearance of neck wrinkles in Fitzpatrick skin types II–IV.

A topical numbing cream may be applied before treatment to keep you comfortable. Most clients describe the treatment as mild to moderately prickly rather than painful.
